Eric Berry-
The reason that Eric Berry is on this list is because the future of the position of an NFL Safety lies in his hands. Some can argue that he is one of the most talented safeties to enter the league in the last few years and has loads of potential. He can read the QB's eyes, is a great defender, works very hard and is a fantastic tackler. He has all the tools to be a successful NFL defender. Now, he is very talented but he won't be able to display that talent if he doesn't stay healthy. Currently, Berry is out for the season due to a torn ACL. Now this won't ruin his career luckily because he is still very young. When he comes back to full health and when NFL greats Troy Polamalu and Ed Reed begin their decline, Eric Berry has the best shot to become the best safety in the NFL.
