What did we learn in week 3 of college football? Tennessee Volunteers
The SEC would be a powerhouse conference if teams like Tennessee would step up and become a good football team. Well from the looks of Saturday it doesn't look like they are going to make the move anytime soon. Everybody got way too excited when Tennessee blew out Cincinnati in week 2 and this week was really a test to see how good the Volunteers have become. Now I know they lost but don't completely write them off. It's not like they lost to Eastern Washington. They lost to a good Florida Gator football squad and it is very difficult for an opposing team to win in the swamp. But I think what we learned is that the Vols are still a year or two away from contending in the SEC.
